Message	You need to take the skin off the wheel, and then start a typical stage polish and from there either prep for powder coat with sand blasting if you wanna go that way OR hit it with a tripoli and white rouge for a polished look (with an option for chrome if you wanna really be blingish). If you just sandblast something it will still have the skin. Trust me on this....i've been polishing skin off parts for years. <
